Neo takes a personal approach with clients and engages directly with principals, owners, brokers, architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure Euro Properties projects are exemplary and delivered to the highest standard, time and time again.
Before establishing Euro Properties, Neo developed his extensive capital markets knowledge and valuable industry network of relationships, from years of leadership at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse First Boston. Holding an MBA from McGill University, Canada. Neo resides in Hong Kong and travels extensively around the world to facilitate new ventures and seek business opportunities.
Executive Director, Investors Relations
Stephany has over 10 years of real estate experience and a background in banking at BNP Paribas, business development at Wells Fargo, and is also an international broker with specialised sales and marketing experience.
Before joining Euro Properties, Stephany has worked as a top-producing agent in Los Angeles. During this time, she appeared on Bravo TV’s production of The Million Dollar Listing, Los Angeles and featured in many publications such as Women of Los Angeles and Los Angelino, magazine referenced Stephany as being dynamic.
Stephany serves as the Executive Director at Euro Properties and oversees real estate assets in U.S., U.K. and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California.
Executive Director, Acquisition
Timmy has 15 years of professional experience and began his career in auditing with Deloitte and PwC in the United States and Hong Kong. After the 2008 global financial crisis, he joined a private Asian syndicate, specialising in private equity and real estate.
Before joining Euro Properties, he transacted more than US$750 million of prime real estate, namely in London, New York, LA, San Francisco, Paris, Tokyo, etc. Transactions included a freehold office in St James’s Square London, a freehold office redevelopment in Mayfair London, a 8 acre fee simple residential development in Beverly Hills California, a 5-star freehold hotel in Saint-Honoré Paris, a 5-star leasehold hotel in Mayfair London, a fee simple 150 units residential building in Tokyo, and a freehold 5 units residential building in London.
Timmy holds an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a bachelor’s degree in accounting and corporate finance from San Jose State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant of California.
Executive Director, Architecture and Design
Jeff has over a decade of experience in the field of architectural and development management encompassing a wide range of project types in US and China, with a focus in residential and mixed-use urban complexes.
Before joining Euro properties, Jeff worked in architecture practices in the US and in design managements for developers in China. With works ranging from the designing of high-end high-density residential products for Lennar, the Irvine Company in the US to managing large scale land planning of over 170+ hectares in China.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California.
Dominic has been with Euro Properties over 4 years. During this period, he has assisted the CEO Mr. Neo to handle the acquisition, financing, due diligence, KYC and AML clearance other than administration and reporting, accounting, tax structuring and filing for companies and projects from Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the UK.
Dominic holds a Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor degree in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Baptist University. He is also a ACS and ACIS of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretary and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators or ICSA) respectively.
